Abstract
Fourth part of collective monograph deals with a reservation contract which, in different senses, reserves certain object for potential agreement. The core of reservation obligation must be precisely arranged in an individual reservation contract.
This part is based on current legal regulation of the Legal Obligations in the Czech Republic and applicable Decisions of Czech Courts.
