Experiencing, Investigating; Narrating. Milan Kundera's reflection on the Novel as a walk on the borderline between Philosophy and Literature

Abstrakt

This lecture analyzes the meaning of Experiencing, Investigating and Narrating in Milan Kundera's reflections on the art of the novel. Therefore we will look at the relation between phenomenology on the one hand and the novel on the other towards the life world; and how Kundera wants to use narrating as a form of investigation as the method of the novel writer.
