Evidence in criminal proceedings in the context of the right to a fair trial

Abstract

The collective monograph deals with the issue of evidence in criminal proceedings. It analyzes and clarifies the basic issues of evidence, but also compares legal regulations, jurisprudence and current practice in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
