A Reduced Standard of Proof when Imposing a Protective Measure - Extended Confiscation

Abstract

This chapter deals with a new form of protective measure which was adopted into the czech legal system by Act No. 55/2017 Coll. The chapter pays attention especially to the reduced standard of proof when imposing this protective measure.
