Abstract

Louis Paul Boon (1912-1979) was before World War II a canonized Dutchspeaking author who was convinced that he's as genius and visionary artist would conquer the world. His wish was not fulfilled.

He amassed much fame and appreciation as an author, not to the background, however, his old dream insisted. In addition to his life as an author, he continued to make art, but only the last fifteen years of his life he did so intensive.
