Abstract
Acquired hemofilia A is a rare, but very dangerous acquired bleeding diathesis. Bleeding is associated with high morbidity and mortality.
Therapy has to introduced immediately after making the diagnosis. We use the concentrate with bypassing aktivity.
FEIBA(factor eight inhibitor bypassing activity) is used in this scenario. We summerize tehresults of therapy by this product.
