Abstrakt
Without any doubt, space resources activities belong to the category of innovative uses of outer space. They do not violate the prohibition of appropriation of outer space enshrined in Article II of the 1967 Outer Space Treaty; an adoption of national legislation regulating authorization and supervision of national space activities is based on the requirements of its Article VI.
