Abstract
The article deals with conditions for time-limited employment and particularly with consequences in case of failure to comply with such conditions. The article further focuses on contradictions in opinions of the Supreme Court and the Constitution Court regarding a necessity to file a claim in order to dispute fulfilment of the respective conditions within two months from the day the employment contract should have expired as of the last day of the stipulated period.
