Abstract
This article describes rare case of spontaneous pneumomediastinum after abuse of addictive substance- ecstasy (3,4 methylendioxy - N - methyl - amphetamine). Discused are differential diagnosis of this condition, its course and possible complications.
Emphasized is the importance of correctly taken anamnesis and conservative aproach.
