Quantification of TH-immunostained neurons in substantial nigra pars compact SV 94 - SRC Biosciences
Abstrakt
This study design is mostly interested in large effects (group difference) since there isn't enough statistical power to reveal moderate or weak effects. The significant differences in total number of TH-immunostained neurons in substantial nigra pars compact (SNpc) was founded.
Mean total number of TH-positive SNpc neurons in Group 1 mice is 39% lower than in Group 2 mice (p < 0.0034). Mean SNpc volume in Group 1 mice is 23% lower than in Group 2 mice (p < 0.0492).
