Abstract
The article deals with the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in relation to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The aim is to point out more general tendencies as well as specific issues in the interpretation of this Convention by the Constitutional Court.
