Abstract

This articl is focuses on using of long jump ropes for joint development of fitness and coordination motoric functions. The advantage is use of so-called streaming exercise, when we can get involved a larger number of athlets with small distances betwen each other.

It is therefore appropriate to include exercises with long jump ropes even to school physical education.
