Recent amendments to the legal regulation in the area of environmental impact assessment of projects

Abstract
This paper is focused on the recent amendments to the Act No. 100/2001 Coll. and the main changes introduced in the area of the environmental impact assessment of projects (EIA). The paper deals with the recent dynamic development of the legislation and addresses specific issues related to the new legal tools, and it identifies possible problems related to the application of the new legal regulation.
