Abstract
The paper deals with the issue of the sport karate sport trend in the Czech Republic. It analyzes successes in kumite and kata at the same time.
The contribution finds that the number of these successful combinations (placement in third place in kumite and kata in competitions in the Czech Republic has a downward trend.) The main research method was the analysis and synthesis of data.
