The starting point of the text is the last judgement of The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in the case of Serbian general Ratko Mladić. Article focuses on the work of the tribunal since its founding in 1993 and the idea of "international justice".
It is argued, that tribunal was influenced by political interests of founding powers. Its controversial judgements have not been perceived similarly by various the audiences of Balkan states and on the contrary questioned them.
