Abstract
This contribution contemplates on five years' anniversary of introduction of the conception of criminal liability of legal persons into the Czech legal order. It draws information from statistics of convicted persons, interprets its results and compares them to convicted natural persons.
This part includes also several procedural details as are rates of filing an appeal forms of decisions etc. It also analysis criminal sanctions imposed on legal persons.
