Abstract
This article deals with the term "Diversion in the criminal proceedings". Namely, after a short introduction presents the author of this article an evolution of this term in time, then creates her own characteristics of the diversion in the criminal proceedings.
After that the author argues against putting some institutes unther this umbrella term and the article concludes by the summary that presents her own view of aimed issues and problems.
