The duration of the ban on the prohibition of activity and the prohibition of residence and the criminal act of obstructing the execution of an official decision

Abstract

The author deals with the duration of the prohibition of activity and the prohibition of residence, the setting up and the interruption of the period of these punishments, especially with regard to the execution of imprisonment, and the effect of these obstacles on criminal responsibility for the criminal act of obstructing the execution of an official decision.
