Conference Report: "Securing and Strengthening of Legal Position in Company Law and Domestic and International Business Relations"
Abstract
The report deals with the conference which took place on Friday, 8 December 2017, at the premises of Faculty of Law, Charles University, and summarizes each speaker's contribution. The main topic of the conference was securing and strengthening of legal position in company law and domestic and international business relations.
Within this topic, the authors debated many interesting issues, including e.g. ban on transfer of a business share in an unlimited partnership, advisory board of a joint-stock company from a comparative perspective, sanction liability and liability for damage when violating the obligation to file for insolvency, acting of the statutory body during reorganization, ban on the return of contribution, regulation of material transactions with related parties, financial security or squeeze-out.
