A monarch and a traitor: The conflict between Otakar and Milota in German literature (in Bohemia) of the Pre-March period

Abstrakt

The paper is focused on the analysis of the figure of Milota of Dědice's representation in the Pre-March period, with special notice to discrepancies of his portrayal in Austrian-German, Czech-German and Czech sources, which are consulted in the context of ever-increasing nationalism in the society.
