Abstract
This paper deals with the valley evolution of river Boyne (Ireland), which was affected by morphostructural conditions and glacial processes. The young drainage system of the Boyne river is an example of glacially modified watershed affected by the glacio-isostatic uplift of the Ireland during the late Quaternary.
