Possible influence of psychological factors on progression of oncological disease

Abstract

Research projects of the last few decades, running in many universities and workplaces around the world show that purely biological factors may not be the only cause of all changes which take place in our body. It is needed to take into consideration also the psychosocial factors and their possible effects on the immune system, the development of chronic inflammation and other processes related to progression of oncological diseases.
