A brief reflection on the social contract in the light of its last amendments

Abstract

The aim of the article is to offer an excursion to the key ideas forming discussion about the social contract in today's intentions, in order to give a critical view and to test a thesis of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic as a social contract in the light of the last amendments
