Abstract

In five chronological chapters, the publication about the Czech religious ideas approaches three centuries - the pre-reformist tendencies of the 14th and the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries, Hussitism as the first, the Czech Reformation, utraquism, the touch of the world's reformation in the first half of the 16th century and the unique phenomenon of the Unity of Bohemian Brothern. It represents individual religious streams, key personalities and their works.

The text part is supplemented with rich visual material - examples of manuscripts from the collections of the National Library of the Czech Republic. The publication is based on the development of the Czech Reformation Thought from the 14th to the 16th century.

It was published on the occasion of the exhibition of manuscripts of the Czech Reformation from the National Library in the Klementinum Gallery.
