Abstract
The phenomenon of Russian old believers' movement and its impact on the population is a poor discussed topic in the Czech scientific circles. The author of the paper focused on migration processes 17 to 18 centuries, in which the transfer of large groups of old believers from Russia to Eastern and Central Europe occurred.
