This book is intended primarily for medical students, fellows in rheumatology, physicians from other specialities and general practitioners interested in improving their ability to deal with rheumatic diseases. In a series of instructive clinical scenarios focused mainly on inflammatory rheumatic diseases, the authors present a practical approach to selected clinical problems.
Using a structure of a questions and answers, we aim to give guidance to clinical reasoning and the choice of the most appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, rather than giving a classical explanation of the different diseases.
