Abstract
The fourth edition of a successful commentary on the Insolvency Act responds to a number of amendments that have been adopted in the field of insolvency law since the third issue. In particular, it responds to the amendment made by Act No. 64/2017 Coll., Which entered into force on 1 July 2017.
The commentary introduces the reader to the current interpretation of individual provisions and extends readers' insights into the experience of insolvency courts as it is expanded and supplemented by rapidly evolving insolvency case law.
