The settlement agreement as a new legal concept of misdemeanour law

Abstract

The article deals with the settlement agreement which will be regulated in new legislation of misdemeanour law (taking effect from 1.7.2017). The objective of the article is to focus on how is the new legislation of this legal concept defined and which conditions must be met so the administrative authority can approve the settlement.

The article also deals with comparation of the legal concept of setllement according to misdemeanour law and according to criminal law.
