Abstract
The topic of this article is a sentencing for a specific administrative disciplinary offense - disciplinary offense under the Act on the Execution of Imprisonment. This disciplinary offense can be commited only by a convicted person serving imprisonment.
In both the professional literature and legislation, only a minimal space is devoted to disciplinary punishment of the convicts. As this results in series of problematic issues, it is obvious that this neglected area deserves attention.
