Abstract
The present monograph provides a brief outline of the theory of canon law. The subject matter is structured into six parts: the first part (The Concept of Canon Law and Related Notions), the second part (Canon Law as a Scientific and Pedagogical Discipline), the third part (Canon Law as an Objective Concept), the fourth part (Implementation of Canon Law), the fifth part (The Church, Public Authority and the Law) and finally, the sixth part (Canon Law and Values).
