Inactivity in proceedings under the Building Act

Abstract

The paper deals with the issue of inactivity under the conditions of one of the most important regulations of a special part of the administrative law - the Building Act. At first, the author sets out the general starting points and characteristics of this negative state, which then he applies to procedures regulated by the Building Act.

In particular, the areas of interest are the possibilities of protecting and resolving inactivity, especially with regard to the fictional consensus institute.
