Planning measures in relation to the right to property

Abstract

Planning measures represent one of the legal concepts of administrative law which restricts constitutionally guranteed right to property. This paper focuses on the relation between planning measures and right to property, specific restrictions of the right to property and possibilities how the owner can defend against these planning measures.
