Abstract
Additional permit of structure presents the option for the owner of the structure or applicant to reverse order to remove a structure. The Paper deals with relation between the procedure for the additional permit of structure and the procedure for its removal and also the judicial review of the additional permit of structure and the related administrative decisions.
It focuses on the consequences which occur after revocation of the additional permit of structure by court.
