Abstract

The Article entitled "Administrative penalty - publication of the Decision on administrative offense" deals with one of the administrative penalty which has been recently introduced into the Czech legal order. The Article is focused on the purpose of this penalty, the conditions of its use and also the publication problems which administrative authorities will have to face.
