Abstract
This paper presents the concept of time and present moment in comparison of two theoretical and ideological approaches. At the beginning, there are presented theoretical concepts of the theologian Emil Brunner which are afterwards conceived from the perspective of Christian meditation leader, John Main.
The aim of the presented paper is to describe an ideological penetration of both concepts and offer a basis for a possible future dialogue.
