Selected issues of Czechoslovak amnesties in criminal offenses in the 1920s and 1930s in relation to national minorities

Abstract

The article seeks to categorize the Czechoslovak amnesties of criminal offenses in interwar Czechoslovakia, which concerned national minorities. It analyzes their common features, the legal context, provides a brief analysis of the amnesties.

It also shows, that amnesty at that time played an important role in defining the criminal policy of the state.
