Abstract
The book presents sources of criminal law in the Czech state in the 17th and early 18th centuries. It aims to acquaint, in form of a commentary, experts and the public with the roots of the absolutist legal culture of criminal law in the period of absolutism, forming the intermediate stage between the statehood and the time of the Enlightenment.
