Protection of Third Parties in Private International Law

Abstract

The article focuses on the topic of protection of third parties in the Czech private international law. It starts with a definition of the position of third parties in the legal system of the Czech Republic.

Then follow analysis of the protection of third parties in contractual and non-contractual obligations. After that in the article is described the concept of protection of third parties in the Czech succession and family law.

Regulation of legal entities has also a great influence on third parties, especially on employees and creditors. Further, the author focuses on regulation of property rights and on representation in the Czech private international law.

The last part contains a brief consideration about the protection of third parties in private international procedural law.
