Abstract
Current international law may raise the question of the importance of nationality. This chapter focuses on the nationality of natural persons - in Czech terminology, the concept of citizenship is used by natural persons - and also on the jurisdiction of ships.
In English terminology, all these cases use the notion of nationality.
