Abstract
The microbiological aspect of a relationship between pets (dogs/cats) and their owners focuses on the incidence of the shared fungal species especially potential pathogens. The household sharing by owners and pets is very popular in the Czech Republic, the microbial communication possibility is rising between either macroorganisms (the pet and the owner).
The target of the presented study on the basis of the intimacy of the relationship between man and pets is to find out the biodiversity of shared fungi with respect to previous antibacterial therapy too.
