Who's afraid of psychiatric patients? The influence of sociodemographic and personality characteristics on the stigmatization of people with mental illness

Abstract

The lecture presents the results of an omnibus survey of the representative population of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work was to find relations of stigmatizing behavior towards people with psychiatric illness to other characteristics of the respondents.

The impact of personal experience and correlation with negative attitudes towards migration has been demonstrated.
