Reliance on the correctness of the expert council and its improper provision in terms of criminal liability

Abstract

In this paper authors are presenting the basic theoretical basis for assessing criminal liability in cases where the layperson threatened or violated the interest protected by the Criminal Code as a result of or on the advice of an expert.
