Public funding of political parties in the case-law of the Czech Constitutional Court in a comparative perspective

Abstract

The lecture concerned a summary of the most relevant case-law of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in the context of the public funding of political parties and more broadly analysed various methodological issues connected with judicial review in this sphere of legal regulation.
