Abstract
Pilot study presents an opinion of a first year of keeping very rare monkey species Red-shanked douc langurs in ZOO Chleby. There are analysed the data on food composition and food quality.The pilot is analysiin behavior of group of one male and two females.
Time budget and changes of behaviour in the studied group with respect to feeding and agonistic behaviour has been studied. Behaviour of two females of a different age is studied.
