Abstract

The topic of this article is based on the essential need to develop the advanced ethnic-oriented methodology of teaching Russian as a non-native language in the context of interconnection and interaction of languages and cultures. It represents a tested qualifi cations development program for the subject teachers of Russian as a non-native language in the conditions of polyethnic educational environment on the basis of information technologies for geographically remote regions of the Russian Federation.
