Abstract
Cultural heritage of Czechia consists of many historical sources. They can be also old maps that bring images of landscape and society in a certain historical period.
Among these sights is undoubtedly the Klaudyan map of Bohemia from 1518. The article focuses on this map, which celebrates its 500th anniversary this year.
It provides basic information about its content, author, and time it was created. It offers further opportunities for its use, especially in subjects geography and history.
