Abstract
This article deals with student's status in public labour market regulations. Current law does discriminate among Czech and other universities sited in the Czech Republic aiding Czechs and hindering those who study at foreign universities.
Relevant regulations are not only breaching respective EU Law but they are also damaging Czech industry that is lacking workforce.
