The aim of this research was to find out the reasons of the attitudes of the high school students to the whole-school projects. The three groups, which co-operated on the same sub-theme, answered three questionnaires and the supplementary questions.
One group underwent a recorded interview. The methodology was in accordance with the grounded theory.
In total, 58 students from the first to seventh grade were included. It turned out that their interest depends on experiences with similar projects, the motivation of teachers, and the feeling that the project is meaningful.
