Reflections on the Brussels Convetion from the Czech perspective

Abstrakt

The Brussels Convention is known to Czech courts primarily as a general basis of rules which have proven useful and which have been adopted by the Brussels I and Brussels I Recast Regulations. The article elaborates on several questions which were a significant innovation to the case-law of the Czech Republic.
