Abstrakt
Since 2017 health insurance in CzR partially covers consumables for rt-CGM (sensors and transmitters) for T1D adult patients who measure glycemia min. 4x/day and fulfil at least one of the following conditions: high glycemic variability, frequent or severe hypoglycemia, hypoglycemia unawareness, gravidity, protection of graft. The aim of the study was to identify how many patients interested in rt-CGM fulfil the criteria and how they are content with the sensor.
